Happy Friday! All you need for this killer workout is access to a set of stairs. They can be indoors at your house or place of work or for some outdoor fun find yourself some bleachers and get after it.
Here’s a great article outlining some common plyometric exercises. Plyometrics are explosive movements and therefore should only be done by advanced exercises. When you are ready to add them in, be prepared for some serious caloric burn 🙂
Get in touch with your inner child and pull out the old jump rope. You’ll get a heart pumping cardio workout and maybe even a few laughs as you try to re-learn how to jump! Feel free to laugh at yourself and have fun with this one.
