Happy 2016! Let’s work together to make 2016 your best yet 🙂 We are not going to talk about resolutions this week. We are going to write a short article later this week on building habits, but we are going to veer away from the idea of New Years Resolutions. Habits can be started any day of the year, any day of the week, even any time of day. Let’s wake up and make positive choices each day. If we fail, we’ll dust ourselves off and start over.
