The week’s all topsy turvy – my workouts have been out of order, I’ve subbed classes on days I normally don’t teach, my internet’s been hit or miss…so yes, although it is Wednesday (I double checked!) we’re having a link of the week today!

One of my favorite parts is on perfection. I can absolutely relate to this part – can you???
I used to think I had to be absolutely perfect to consider a goal accomplished. As soon as I messed up once, I had completely failed and the goal was completely ruined.
