Dairy free but craving some pesto? I love this recipe, it goes great on everything – chicken breast, spaghetti squash and even scrambled eggs! It’s super quick and easy to make and came originally from one of my favorite books – Practical Paleo. I personally use my Ninja Chopper but I bet any food processor or your vitamix would work.
1 bunch cilantro
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup macademia nuts (keep the rest in your freezer to make more later!)
1 clove garlic
Put everything in the food processor and chop until sauce consistency. Put over pretty much anything and enjoy 🙂
