Not only does a strong butt look awesome, but it’s so important to a balanced body. So, men and women – work those glutes! I personally do almost all of these. When you are ready to step it up, add weights or use resistance bands. Here are some ideas to make this harder:
Squats: Barbell or dumbbells will increase the resistance
Donkey Kicks, Fire Hydrants or Lying Side Lifts: Resistance bands are king here, but you can also add small ankle weights.
Wall Squats: Put a weight plate or dumbbells on your lap
Hip Raises: Put a weight plate on your pelvis OR put your feet on a stability ball (and when you are ready – do both!)
