Do you have a stability ball? If not, you should look into them. They are a very inexpensive option for a home gym and one of my favorite pieces of equipment. I mostly use it for abs (every try an ab pike on one? WOWZERS!) and sometimes for my hamstrings. But, any exercise can be made more challenging if you use less weight and proper form and add a stability ball to the mix. Happy Friday and have a wonderful weekend!
