A cheap and easy way to make sure you are always prepared to work out is to pick up a set of resistance bands. You can find them at any sporting goods store and usually places like Target or Ross. Once you have them, a quick Pinterest or Google search for resistance band workouts has exercises for every body part. There are no excuses for not getting in that full body workout!
