  1. Ah yes, 100% with this post! When I first started eating paleo about a year ago I was nervous about how on earth I would ever give up the carbs, and people told me I wouldn’t be able to work out as much without carb sources. Though that would probably be true, I got plenty of carbs a day. I kept track of my calories on myfitnesspal and I was eating around 90g of carbs a day from sweet potatoes, apples, flaxseed, broccoli, all great things!
